  • Yes! Whether it's just one Outsourced HR solution or a complete advisory service, we tailor every piece to meet your business's specific needs and goals, ensuring you receive the most relevant and effective solutions.

  • This depends on the Advisor! We have been known to dabble in Agile Methodologies, ADKAR, Prosci, the PEPE Model, and more. We utilize a hands-on approach to understand the soul of your business but aren't afraid to utilize tech to help support and validate our solutions!

  • Our Outsourced HR Solutions and Strategiests range from $60-$140/hr, depending on the service. Our advisory services vary depending on the projects scope and the Advisor's expertise, but can range anywhere from $200-$400/hr.

  • No! We offer flexible engagement options, including short-term projects and long-term partnerships, based on your unique requirements.

  • Many of our Advisors hold advanced degrees in HR management and related fields, as well as certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, Prosci, Agile Change Agents, PEPE Model, and much more. You will always be paired with an Advisor who best meets your needs.

  • Transparency is a core value for all of our Advisors. We establish what communication is best for you based on your needs. This can be through meetings, emails, text, weekly progress reports, or even on-site visits to ensure you are always updated on the project's status and can ask questions at any time.

  • Our commitment to your growth does not end when the project does. For the first 30 days after a project ends, we provide hands-on support to help implement our recommendations effectively. After that, we touch base with you every quarter for the first year to evaluate progress.

  • We stay up-to-date with the latest HR laws and regulations through external training and frequent internal compliance checks to protect our and our client's businesses from legal risks.

  • We accept various payment methods, including most credit cards and bank transfers/ACH, depending on your preference. For long-term business relationships, we are able to set up direct billing, which is a NET30 setup.

  • Depending on the details of the project, we may require a deposit or upfront payment, but we mostly bill on a weekly basis as the work is done. Our billing terms and payment schedule will be clearly outlined in our agreement.

  • We understand that circumstances may change. Depending on our agreement, there may be provisions for early termination. We will discuss these details upfront to ensure transparency.

  • We have put our focus on small to medium-sized companies that are experiencing levels of rapid growth. While our Advisors have a wide range of knowledge within all industries, we find that companies within the tech, healthcare, professional services, and creative industries are ones that benefit most from our help.​

  • We currently do not offer OFCCP Audits, Employee Benefit Plan (Form 5500) Audits, Safety (OSHA) Audits, HIPAA Audits, FMLA/ADA Audits, Union Compliance Audits

    or make any legal recommendations.
