Each phase (or iteration), will include goals, milestones, and specific KPI's that we will use to measure the solutions success.
Based on your needs, we'll also recommend resources, tools, or additional support that might be necessary to effectively implement the strategy.
Implementation Support & Guidance
Transitioning to the implementation phase, our Advisors provide hands-on project management and support, ensuring each step is executed smoothly and effectively.

We have a wide range of Advisors who are here to help you succeed. During your free initial consultation, we can help you discover what level of Advisor you will need based on your unique concerns.
$120 an hour
Our HR strategists offer one-on-one support to address your specific HR questions, concerns, and needs during consultations.
They are able to address immediate HR needs, provide insights and guidance on challenges requiring a more in-depth approach than email or chat can offer, and give you targeted and actionable steps for immediate implementation.
HR Strategists typically work with you as needed or can be purchased at a discount through our package deals.
$140 an hour
The Senior HR Strategist offers higher-level strategic guidance for specific HR questions, concerns, and needs in regular advisory sessions. They will meet with you in structured, high-impact 1-hour sessions that address your short and long-term challenges, providing guidance and targeted actionable steps and follow-ups, ensuring that you are being supported each step of the way.
Our Senior HR Strategists are paired up as a dedicated strategist for long-term clients, but can be available for as-needed guidance as well.
$200-$400 per hour (on average)
Our MindShift Advisors are expert-level strategists who deliver high-level, complex, and transformative solutions for companies seeking impactful change. With extensive experience and tailored approaches, they work closely with leadership teams to design customized strategies built on comprehensive, multi-level business analysis.MindShift Advisors oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic initiatives - from planning to resource allocation, and final deliverables - ensuring every recommendation meets your expectations and aligns with critical deadlines.
Prices will vary based on the Advisor's background, experience, and the nature of the engagement (e.g. project-based work).
